In my four years with Hinge Health, I was the Senior Illustrator focused on enhancing the educational content with imagery. I collaborated closely with content writers, health coaches, physical therapists, medical doctors, and other subject matter experts to create illustrations and visuals that elevated our articles. In 2022, Hinge Health underwent a rebrand, and I worked closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to redesign our illustration style. Selected works below.
Role: Illustration, Art Direction
The illustrations provide mood and context to the article content served in our app. The articles educate readers about pain neuroscience, coping mechanisms, anatomy, and other aspects of pain. I worked on curricula including chronic pain, women's pelvic health, acute pain, fall prevention, pre- and post-op surgery prep, and more.
